Banana pancakes with freshly made blueberry syrup added with maple syrup. 


Banana pancakes are a pancake dish prepared using bananas and pancake batter as primary ingredients. The bananas can be mashed or sliced, after which they are added to the batter or served on top.


Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup - all-purpose flour 
  • 3/4 cup of milk 
  • 2 tbsp of cooking oil 
  • 2 tbsp of sugar 
  • 3/4 tsp of baking powder 
  • 1/4 tsp of salt 
  • 1 egg 
  • 50g Whole Blueberries (Buy according to how much of the syrup u want to make ) 
  • Maple syrup for garnishing
Procedure for pancake:
  • Take a bowl, add the egg, and 1/4 tsp of sugar whisk it till the yolk gets properly mixed with the sugar.
  • Take a sieve and add 1 cup all-purpose flour then add 3/4 tsp of baking powder and 1/4 tsp salt simultaneously.
  •  Add the above mixture of flour in the yolk and sugar mixture and start to mix it gently.
  • Add 3/4 cups of milk and mix it with a whisk it till you get a medium thick batter.
  • Then add 2 tbsp of cooking oil and whisk it so that the oil is properly mixed.
  • Keep the batter for rest till you make the blueberry syrup.
Procedure for Blueberry syrup:
  • Wash the blueberries properly and add it in a vessel.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water in the vessel.
  • Add  4 tbsp of sugar in the vessel.
  • Let it boil for 5 to 10 min till the berries become soft and soggy.
  • Whisk it till it becomes into a liquid syrup
  • Blueberry syrup is ready
  • Add the blueberry syrup with maple syrup on the pancakes for best taste.
