Banana Milk Shake

Banana Milk Shake 

Banana milkshake is a guick healthy and delicious beverage. This shake is made with nuts, this is great to serve any time.



Ingredients:
  • Large bananas - 2
  • Almonds - 23
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Chilled Milk - 2 cups
  • Saffron 
Preparation:
  • If using boiled milk, cool and chill it.
  • Using milk directly without boiling may curdle the shake.
  • Wash and soak the almonds for 4 to 6 hours.
  • Peel the skin and discard.
  • Give the almonds a good rinse.
  • You can also add them directly in the blender without soaking and blanching.
Procedure: 
  • Peel the bananas cut them into small pieces.
  • Add the bananas, almonds, milk, vanilla ice cream and saffron in the blender and blend them until smooth and frothy.
  • Garnish with some saffron on the top and serve banana mike shake immediately.
